PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one training is like no other! It is by far the best way to learn proper form and decrease the risk of injury. We will write out goals and achieve them together!  You will learn to stay consistent and make movement your way of life.

GROUP TRAINING

I love the energy, accountability, and inspiration that comes with group training!  People pushing each other to do their best is life-transforming! 

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

An individualized integrated stretch program that may include self-myofascial techniques, specific corrective stretches, dynamic stretches for warm-ups, and recovery stretches for cool-downs.

Maria worked with me for 2 years . I was a 67 yr old very active male that was finding it tough to get back in playing shape after the second hip replacement . Maria concentrated on core and balance . Her workouts were well thought out , challenging , and effective. Good combination of feeling exhausted after our 50 minute session and not getting injured. She was able to work around the limitations from hip replacements without sacrificing strength . Within 4 weeks I could see an extra 5-10 yds on my golf drives. I credit her with getting me back to the 240 yds I used to drive when I had both original hips at age 60. And the emphasis on core and balance kept me from injuries away from her workouts. At the end if 3 months , I was back playing golf nearly every day and tennis singles 3 times a week.… Without injury and without any extra recovery time. Maria was my secret weapon.
