It's important to find the right training style for you, so you can get the most out of your time and money. At Conde Fitness and Recovery, we offer a variety of training options, including one-on-one or group training.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one training is like no other! It is by far the best way to learn proper form and decrease the risk of injury. We will write out goals and reach them together!  You will learn to stay consistent and make movement your way of life. 

Training Preference can be either In-Person or Virtual.

This Training Includes:

✔️ Static Postural and Functional Movement Patterns Assessment (Replace Fitness Assessment)

✔️ Goal Setting

✔️An Individualized Fitness Program including corrective exercises to improve postural and movement patterns.

✔️ 2 to 3 days a week of consistent strength/cardiovascular training

✔️Monthly checkpoints to measure progress

ASSISTED STRETCHING

Assisted Stretching activates your Parasympathetic state that allows you to heal, recover and release from all the stresses/trauma your body has been through. An Individualized Integrated Stretch Program that may include self-myofascial techniques, specific corrective stretches, dynamic stretches for warm-ups, and recovery stretches for cool downs.

This Training Includes:

✔️ Static Postural and Functional Movement Patterns Assessment (Comprehensive assessment of the Myofascial System)

✔️ An Individualized Integrated Stretch Program that may include self-myofascial techniques, specific corrective stretches, dynamic stretches for warm-ups, and recovery stretches for cool downs.

✔️ Skilled approach to coaching assisted stretching and self applied stretching techniques.

✔️ Improve your posture and movement patterns.
