ASSISTED STRETCHING
Assisted Stretching activates your Parasympathetic state that allows you to heal, recover and release from all the stresses/trauma your body has been through.
An Individual Integrated Stretch Program program that may include self-myofascial techniques, specific corrective stretches, dynamic stretches for warm-ups, and recovery stretches for cool-downs.
This Training Includes:
✔️Static Postural and Functional Movement Patterns Assessment (Comprehensive assessment of the Myofascial System)
✔️An Individualized Integrated Stretch Program that may include self-myofascial techniques, specific corrective stretches, dynamic stretches for warm-ups, and recovery stretches for cool downs.
✔️Skilled approach to coaching assisted stretching and self applied stretching techniques.
✔️Improve your posture and movement patterns.
